kulinda d. rollins
chief executive officer
Kulinda is our Chief Executive Officer. She is an innovative leader who is responsible for the executive operations and strategic growth of Focused Family Services. Kulinda has more than 20 years of experience in the field of Mental Health. She is highly skilled in Event Planning, Customer Service, Coaching, Entrepreneurship, and Team Building. She holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology from California State Dominguez Hills University and is currently pursuing her Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling
Kulinda is highly passionate about helping underprivileged and underserved individuals.
Eric is our Clinical Director. He has his Master’s Degree in Counseling from Marywood University, and his Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Wilkes University, both located in beautiful Northeastern Pennsylvania. He's an Arizona Licensed Substance Abuse Counselor and a Nationally Certified Counselor. He has many years of clinical experience in substance abuse treatment as well as family therapy. He also trained extensively at the Philadelphia Child & Family Therapy Training Center founded by Salvador Minuchin, who is considered the father of Structural Family Therapy. Additionally, Eric has a great deal of experience in mental health treatment, in a variety of settings. Eric also brings a robust educational background, having years of experience as a Staff Development Specialist and University Faculty teaching multiple graduate courses. He is also on the Board of Directors for the Arizona Board for Certification of Addiction Counselors.
In his free time, Eric loves to socialize with friends, cook, and tackle home improvements projects around the house.
As the Intake Coordinator Leticia brings years of Behavioral Health experience, serving the community as a Case Manager and specializing in high-risk high needs clients. In addition, her experience in facilitating behavioral health courses such as problem solving, communications, and self-evaluation allows her to offer a welcoming and helpful personality to all. Leticia has experience in multiple clinical environments, having attended many hours of clinical supervisions and trainings and can adequately offer sound advice that can benefit treatment to our members served. In addition, she has partnered with community outreach and health care providers to ensure client’s needs are consistently put first. Leticia strives to be a client advocate who prioritizes ethical and meaningful care.

Counseling TEAM LEAD
Bill has many years in the Behavioral Health community. He started his career in the U.S. Air Force. The first 4 years in Medical Administration and moved on to Air Traffic Control for the remainder of his 19 1⁄2 years with the last 6 years in combat communications. Upon separation from the Air Force Bill attended and graduated from the University of New York at Plattsburgh (Plattsburgh State) with a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology. Over the years while pursuing his Master's Degree from the University of Phoenix, Bill held various positions within Behavioral Health. He has worked as Social Security Claims Representative, Disability Examiner for Disability Determination Services and the Vice President of the American Federation of Government Employees. Bill has also worked as a Developmental Disabilities Case Manager, a Case Manager in Developmental Disability Day Programs, Behavioral Health Technician in children and adult residential facilities, Social Worker/Therapist at Aurora Behavioral Health Hospital, and Program Coordinator and Contract writer for a Residential Agency. It's safe to say that upon Bill's retirement from Government employment, he found solace in the Mental Health/Behavioral Health realm.
In Bill's spare time he enjoys cooking, golf, and traveling. He loves spending time with his wife and children, as well as his grandchildren whenever possible.
Emelia has worked in behavioral health for a number of years. She completed her undergraduate degree at Pacific University in Forest Grove, OR. She completed an internship at Napa State hospital, working with individuals who were diagnosed with Schizophrenia and had been accused of committing serious crimes. She provided competency to stand trial services with these clients. Emelia then went on to earn her Master of Science Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Palm Beach Atlantic University in West Palm Beach, FL. Emelia has experience working with youth, families, adults and couples. She has worked providing family therapy for years following a Family Focused Therapy (FFT) model. She also has experience working with the court and juvenile justice system and with youth and adults on probation. Additionally, she has extensive work in Substance Abuse treatment and has a wealth of knowledge regarding addiction and recovery.
In her free time Emelia enjoys being outdoors, spending time with her family, music and literature. Emelia runs our Mindfulness Skills group and enjoys regular Meditation and Yoga practices.

Debby is one of our Case Managers here at Focused Family Services. She studied Social Work at the University of Central Missouri. She has 16 years of experience in the field of behavioral health, with much of that experience in providing case management services to adults with mental illness. Debby is very passionate about helping those in their recovery and inspiring hope for their success. She has participated in seminars which assist the Phoenix Police Department in having a better understanding of how to interact most effectively with those struggling with mental illness.
Debby is from Kansas City, MI, and is an avid Chiefs fan. She spends her free time singing karaoke, going to festivals, and antique shopping.

D'Neil comes from an extensive background in behavioral health billing. She has worked in clinics providing outpatient as well as inpatient services, as well as in urgent care psychiatric centers. She enjoy the behavioral health setting very much. D'Neil has over 7 years of behavioral health billing as well as insurance and eligibility experience.
In her personal life, D'Neil is a very busy mom to two beautiful children (10-year-old Lilliana and 5-year-old Gabriel Jr.) D'Neil is also a dog mom to the cutest French Bulldog named Gordy. She also enjoys having date nights with her fiance Gabriel. In her down time, she's a homebody who loves to catch up on the many shows she watches. She's also slightly addicted to makeup and Starbucks.
