Having been in the field of behavioral health and counseling for 10 years I can understand that we all experience trauma and severe life stressors' that leave us feeling stuck and hopeless. Your crisis maybe a breakup, depression, relationship issues, anxiety, chronic illness, or something that is so overwhelming you are struggling with life. We will work to find what will bring you true happiness and stop the suffering you may feel.
